Head on Over To “I and the Bird” #102

I want to point out that the long-running “I and The Bird” carnival organized by 10000birds.com is being hosted this week by Amber Coakley of The Birder’s Lounge. Amber added a touch of geo-tagging to each blog in this, the 102nd carnival. Nice addition, as I always wonder where in the world the wonderful pool of bird bloggers comes from.

You can find the entire lot of I and the Bird carnivals on this page.  And here’s a belated thank you to GrrlScientist for hosting the 101st edition, which included my post on how My Nikon Ruined Me For Bird Watching. I was away slogging through Adirondack bogs when that carnival came through town.

Hope you’re out enjoying some June birding. I have to admit, I’ve been stuck inside since my last trip catching up on all the things I’ve got going on. I see light at the end of the tunnel, so my lack of birding may soon be rectified.
