Best of the Rio Grande Valley!

The following photos were taken at Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival in November, 2009, using a Nikon D90 with a 70-300 mm NIKKOR lens. Enjoy the view from my lens, but please do not use without permission. Images © Laura Kammermeier 2009.

That Green (sob) Jay (sniff) with the acorn (sob) is almost perfect (wail).

Love the 2 Jays. What stunning birds and great photos! Really lovely post. Started using the family camera more now that I blog -great way to tell a story.
My kids love to use the cameras and bird watch too. Thanks for sharing.
