A project manager can be many things.

In web design, it’s the person who steers the ship, liaisons with the client, coordinates the development team, and takes the heat if the project runs off course or over budget. Ultimately, the project manager is in charge of seeing the client’s creative vision come to life–and serve his or her business well.

As project manager (think “multimedia producer” or “creative director”), I help clients visualize and scope their multimedia project, organize and display their content, and specify their design and technical requirements.
